Bilbaos got to be one of the most interesting cities of europe when it comes to contemporary architecture design, the building of Basque Healt Department HQ goes with all the restrictive city zoning rules, but still the glass shell, or a double facade while it solves the rules requirements, it also gives energetic, fire-resistant and acoustic advantage to the building.
