How to increase your page rank fellow bloggers

The Page rank also know as Google PR or Pagerank™ is an indicator displayed in the Google Toolbar, this indicator is a red line and can go from 0 to 10, a page having page rank 10 is considered by Google a very important page, some of the pages that have page rank 10 are Adobe, Yahoo, Google, W3.org (web standards) and others. This indicator is a green line and can go from 0 to 10, a page having page rank 10 is considered by Google a very important page, some of the pages that have page rank 10 are Adobe, Yahoo, Google, W3.org (web standards) and others. When Google calculates the page rank most important factor if the rank of the other pages linking to your site, usually if a page rank 7 site is linking to your site then is most probably that your site will get a page rank 6 or less in about 2-3 months, having more page rank 7 sites linking to your site might get your site to have a rank bigger than 7.

If page rank is important to you and you want to generate backward links to your site then make sure the other sites are about the same topic, if not your link will we be useless. After you have some important sites linking to yours, you need to wait a while, it usually takes about 2 months after that link is placed and before your page rank will reflect that change. Note that the rank of a site will decrease when that site is linking to many sites, especially when one site is linking to many irrelevant sites, or when linking to lower ranked sites. Having a big page rank doesn’t means you will be priority in serp (search engine result page). Someone from Google once said that page rank is for entertaining purposes only. While having a big page rank is more about the back links rank, appearing higher in search results has more to do with the number of the links pointing to you, the relevance of those links, the title of your pages, the text of the links pointing to you, and not last the text content in your pages. For example if you want to appear higher in search engine results when someone is searching for “used cars” then you must have many other sites linking to you with the text “pinoy” on the link pointing to your site; and of course, your page titles, text and the content in general must be about “pinoy”.

I just stumbled here after “googling” for pagerank 10. i have my own site and am just getting the hang of this things. Ang hirap to increase one’s pagerank. You need to be very knowledgeable in link development. Luckily, those who had done it before were not selfish in sharing what they know. Based on what I have read lang on the internet (self-study ba!), I was able to have our web site have a pagerank of 2 after a month’s time. For 2009, ang aim ko is to have a pagerank of 7 by end of the year; not just for me but also for my clients
