Baka sa pinya
Ingredients
1/2 kg. beef ribs, cut into 1 1/2 inches cube
1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste
5 cups water
2 pieces finger chili
1/2 cup onions, sliced
2 cups tomatoes, cut into wedges
7 pieces whole peppercorns
2 pieces Beef Broth Cube
1/2 cup sliced pineapple
1 tbsp. sugar
Directions
1. Tenderize beef in 5 cups water.
2. Add onions, tomatoes, peppercorns and Beef Broth Cubes. Bring to boil covered.
3. Add pineapple slices.
4. Add sugar and chili.
5. Season to taste and serve hot.
