Cheese Dip
Ingredients
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons non-fat powdered milk
1 cup non-fat liquid milk
pinch of ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon grated cheese
freshly ground white pepper
Directions
1. Blend the cornstarch and dry milk. Set aside.
2. In a saucepan, bring the milk and nutmeg to a boil. Whisk in the cornstarch mixture.
3. Simmer for 10 minutes while stirring constantly.
4. Stir in the cheese and cook for a few minutes.
5. Season to taste with pepper.
