Crispy Chicken Wings
Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
? cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons Maggi or Knorr Seasoning
6 pcs. kalamansi or lime
? pc garlic, finely chopped
1 cup cooking oil
Directions
1. Marinate chicken wings with above mentioned ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
2. Deep fry 2-3 pieces in one cup of cooking oil until brown. Serve with soy sauce/kalamansi dip.
