Ground Meat & Bean Curd

Ingredients

1/3 ground beef or pork
1 tablespoon wine
2 tablespoon minced green onions
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon minced garlic (bawang)
1/2 lb. bean curd, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon hot bean paste
2 teaspoon each cornstarch, water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon chopped green onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of sugar
Dash of pepper

Directions

1. Heat 2 tablespoon oil, stir fry minced green onion, garlic, bean paste until fragrant. Add meat and stir fry untill cooked.

2. Add soy sauce, salt, dasd of sugar and pepper wine and add bean curd then bring to boil; Reduce heat to low and cook 3 minutes.

3. Mix and add cornstarch, water to thicken, remove and sprinkle with green onions. 1/2 tablespoon chili sause may be substituted for 1 tablespoon hot bean paste.
