Shrimp Gambas
Ingredients
1 pound medium-size shrimp
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon hot chili sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
green olives for garnish
Directions
1. Prepare Spanish tomato sauce. Set aside. Shell and devein shrimps. Set aside.
2. Brown garlic in olive oil. Add shrimps, lemon juice, wine and hot chili sauce. Add 3 tablespoons Spanish tomato sauce. Cook for another minute. Thicken sauce with bread crumbs. Serve hot over white rice, garnished with olives.
