Ingredients

4 kilograms beef ribs
2 pcs bay leaves
1 cup catsup
10 pcs sili labuyo, chopped
1/2 cup calamansi juice
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup white wine
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp paprika
100 g shallots, chopped
1 tsp whole black pepper, freshly ground
100 g garlic, chopped
1 tsp salt

Directions

Marinate ribs overnight, then braise and simmer.
