Stackable Apartments at Sky Village High Rise

The lower levels will offer space for retail and restaurants, with a surrounding public plaza. Over that, the building starts to widen for office space, and then starts to lean to the north to generate terraced gardens to the south, an orientation that benefits the residential apartments on that portion of the building. At the top, the hotel will have a great view of the city.

Bilbaos got to be one of the most interesting cities of europe when it comes to contemporary architecture design, the building of Basque Healt Department HQ goes with all the restrictive city zoning rules, but still the glass shell, or a double facade while it solves the rules requirements, it also gives energetic, fire-resistant and acoustic advantage to the building.
